Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dh333 ("dh333", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dh333 website located at https://dh333.io and all associated services, products, content, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dh333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dh333 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

3.3 Account Closure by the User

Accounts flagged for investigation due to suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or KYC non-compliance may not be eligible for immediate closure until the investigation is concluded.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure by dh333

dh333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where dh333 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account holder is under 21 years of age
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity has been conducted through the account

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dh333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your dh333 account in real time, typically within 90 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing institution. dh333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which dh333 accepts no liability.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification requirements. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

Where bonus abuse is detected, dh333 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated bets, and close the account. Any withdrawal of funds derived from abusive bonus use will be reversed if identified after the fact.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without notice or compensation. It is the player's responsibility to review and act on any active bonus within its validity window.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the dh333 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. dh333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure. 6.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability.
